Our Storage facilities offer the highest levels of security and protection, guaranteeing that your Deeds will be safe with us. Each box containing Deeds is bar coded and the unique barcode reference enables us to track and locate your Deeds for easy retrieval, alternatively each individual deed can be bar coded. If required, we can also provide high quality Scanned Images of all Deeds which can be sent via FTP or copied to CD / DVD to be retained by our clients.

Accessing Deeds in Storage

If you wish to view your Deeds whilst they are in our Storage facility, we can arrange for the Deeds to be returned to you the same day or using our standard next day service. In addition, our StoreOnline service provides all our clients with the ability to monitor their Deeds in storage, with options to request retrievals, additional Deed collections and also create your own storage reports.
