Reliable and Secure Collection of Documents
Once you have ordered a collection of your documents for storage from your business, we will agree a collection time (usually the next day) and send one of our AMS team to pick them up. Once at our archive facility, each box for storage will be allocated a unique barcode detailing the location of where it is to be stored. This information will then be inputted into our electronic archive storage database.
Efficient and Precise Scanning Processes
In the same way, documents collected for scanning are collected by our staff and barcoded on arrival at our scanning facility so that they can be tracked at every stage.
Trustworthy and Reliable AMS Staff
For complete piece of mind and data security, every one of our staff who collect or return documentation are employed by AMS. They are uniformed and drive branded vans and lorries and each person is DBS checked. Our vans also have GPS tracking devices allowing you to know where your documents are at any given time.
The staff members who work within our storage facility are highly trained in information management and all are committed to delivering a high standard of service to each and every customer.
Fast Retrieval of your Documents
Should you need to retrieve your documents, we offer next day delivery as standard, but if you require your documentation urgently, we also have a 4-hour delivery option. In addition, we have what we call scan on demand whereby we can pull a particular file and return it to you electronically.

Online Storage Archive Inventory Access
All customers have access to our secure online storage facility via a unique login. This allows you to view the archive database, view box cataloguing, request retrievals and returns, request permanent deletions and request destructions.
Scanned Documents Accessed on a Password Protected USB
Once your documents have been through the scanning process, all your documents will be written onto a USB. You then have the choice of whether to store the paper documents with us, or depending on the type of paperwork, you may want us to securely shred the paper versions.
